These terms govern your use of the CryptoAlerts website and waitlist. By using the site you agree to them.
What CryptoAlerts is
CryptoAlerts provides tooling for streamers to receive crypto donations directly to their own wallet and display verified, on-chain donation alerts. The current site offers an early-access waitlist.
Non-custodial — no financial intermediary
CryptoAlerts never holds, custodies, or routes funds. Donations go directly from donor to streamer on-chain.
We are not a bank, payment processor, broker, exchange, or money transmitter. You are solely responsible for your wallet, your private keys, your wallet address accuracy, and any applicable taxes.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (at least 18). You agree to comply with all applicable laws and with the terms of any platform you connect (Twitch, YouTube, Kick).
Early access — provided as is
The service is pre-release and provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be unavailable, and we do not guarantee uptime or that any blockchain transaction will confirm.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site for fraud or illegal activity, do not submit funds derived from illegal sources, do not spam the waitlist, and do not scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass our anti-bot or security measures.
Crypto and on-chain risk
Crypto assets are volatile and on-chain transactions are generally irreversible. Sending to a wrong address, network congestion, or wallet/provider failures can cause loss. You transact entirely at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoAlerts is not liable for any loss arising from blockchain transactions, incorrect addresses, network or third-party (wallet, RPC, platform) failures, or from use of or inability to use the service.
