Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 6, 2026
This policy explains what CryptoAlerts collects, why, and your choices. CryptoAlerts is non-custodial: we never hold your funds or private keys.
What we collect
Waitlist signup: your email address.
If you choose to link a channel via Twitch, YouTube or Kick: your account ID, handle, display name, public avatar, public audience/follower count, and the email associated with that provider.
Basic technical data from your request (e.g. IP address) used only for anti-bot protection on our forms.
Why we use it
To run the early-access waitlist, decide onboarding order, and contact you about your invite and product updates.
Legal basis: your consent when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the waitlist.
How it is stored and shared
Data is stored server-side with our database provider (Supabase). We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertisers.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell humans from bots on our forms; Cloudflare processes a challenge token and your IP for that check.
Wallets and on-chain data
CryptoAlerts is non-custodial. We never receive, hold, route, or have access to your funds or private keys.
Donations happen directly between donor and streamer on public blockchains. On-chain transaction data is public by the nature of blockchains and is not controlled by us.
Cookies
We set a session cookie only if you link a channel (authentication). We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. If you are in the EEA or UK, you have GDPR rights including access, rectification, erasure, and objection.
To exercise any right or to be removed from the waitlist, email hello@cryptoalerts.gg.
